A Joint Investigation Team (JIT) has been formed to investigate the attack on former Prime Minister and Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan in Wazirabad. According to the statement issued by the office of Punjab Interior Advisor Umar Sarfaraz Cheema, CCPO Lahore Ghulam Mehmood Dogar will be the convener of the JIT.
In the JIT, RPO (Dera Ghazi Khan) Syed Khurram Ali Ehsanullah (AIG) Monitoring, Investigation Branch) SP Potohar Malik Tariq Mehboob and Naseebullah Khan SPCTD are also included in the team.
