British newspaper Daily Mail refused to give more time to Shehbaz Sharif in the London court and ordered him to submit a reply to the newspaper's answer, otherwise he will have to pay the cost of the case to Daily Mail.

"We have won the case to state our case," he said. Shahzad Akbar had said in his tweet that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has suffered a tripartite defeat in the High Court of London on his request to delay the defamation case against Daily Mail journalist David Rose. 

He wrote that the court has denied the prime minister and ordered him to submit an acceptable reply to the Daily Mail's statement of defense and also ordered him to submit the costs of the hearing.

 Now, if Shahbaz Sharif submits an acceptable answer, the trial will take place next year and if he fails to do so, he will have to pay the entire trial costs to the Daily Mail. 

According to local media, Shahbaz Sharif's lawyers have asked the court. It was requested that the Prime Minister of Pakistan is busy now, so more time should be given for the reply. 

Justice Mathew Nicklin gave his remarks and said, "In my court, the prime minister and the common man are equal."





On the other hand, Daily Mail has taken a date from the court nine times. Responding to Shahzad Akbar's tweets, Maryam Aurangzeb said in a statement on Friday that the Daily Mail delayed the case for one and a half years using pretexts.

Maryam Aurangzeb said that the judge has set the date of December 13 next month to hear the allegations against Shehbaz Sharif of Daily Mail.
